Secret Slots Reviewed by Casino Vamp on . Overall a Solid casino with enjoyable games, but a couple of niggles. Solid casino with enjoyable games and regular promotions, win boosts and reloads, but needs to sort out site design and device compatibility. Rating: 3

Every so often a casino comes along which is good, but has the potential to be so much better. This is so with Secretslots.com, the newest member of the Dragonfish network, and owned and run by Cassava Enterprises, a company with an impressive gambling pedigree. Secretslots.com is aimed at the UK market, where it needs to compete with giants like Ladbrokes, Jackpot Joy, 32 Red and other successful UK brands. It certainly could be a contender if it would sort out some of the annoying little niggles which over time will lead players elsewhere.

Secretslots.com as the name suggests mainly specialise in slot games, there are scratch cards and a couple of casino games thrown into the mix. There are big name popular slots like Cleopatra, Deal or No Deal, Monopoly, Bejewelled 2. Cubis and Starburst mingling with lesser known games, Party Pigs or Sugar Doggie anyone? As a child of the 70' and 80's it was nice to see slots based on my favourite old game shows – Blankety Blank, Sale of the Century and The Price is Right. Casino fans have less choice – 3d roulette, Atlantic Blackjack, Captain Keno, French Roulette, La Partage Roulette and a couple of live roulette games.

My main gripe with Secret Slots is the design of the site. On the surface it looks slick and professional and well laid out. Unfortunately, on my laptop, the fixed widescreen games didn't adapt to my browser which meant that I had to scroll to see my balance when playing, and on some games I couldn't see the top reel. The site promises the ability to play on tablet and mobile – it didn't work on my Kindle Fire which usually cope with most instant play casinos fine and on my mobile the design of the site meant I couldn't even log in as it wouldn't allow me to scroll down to enter the password. The designers certainly need to get to grips with these issues as these are the fundamental things which will annoy players.

When I finally did get the games to play on my desktop I was plagued with you have been disconnected from the server please check your internet connection messages. Thus said once I did manage to play I cannot fault the games fairness, extreme generosity and plenty of bonus rounds thrown in. It is a pity that many players will not get far enough to experience the games because of the issues with the site.

Deposits and withdrawals are handled by Bridgend who handle financial transactions for many big name bingo sites. A good choice of deposit methods are available including credit and debit card, Entropay, Neteller and for UK players PayPal and Ukash. One nasty little catch though is that you cannot request a withdrawal until you have deposited at least £30 in total.

That said, Secret Slots do offer pretty good value for money in terms of boosting your bank roll and regular player promotions. The opening offer is a standard 100% match up to £25 with a 30 x wagering requirement. On weekends a reload bonus of 50% up to £75 bonus is on offer and Mondays is Win boost day – a nice concept which adds an extra 10% to your winnings on Mondays, credited the next day. There is also a five level Rewards program which offers the chance to earn cashback as well as win boosts and reload bonuses..

This could be a great casino if some of the irritating little niggles could be sorted out. Number one problem is design and device compatibility, and the server drops are annoying. Having said that the games are fun, the management is solid and they have a decent fair gaming policy and terms and conditions. The £30 cumulative deposits before cash out needs to go too, if a player has made a deposit he or she should be able to cash out – simple as. There are some nice ideas implemented – the win boost is nice and weekend reloads are also generous. Overall I'm scoring it a 3 out of 5 – but these guys have the potential to score much higher.

Pros: Solid casino, enjoyable games, regular promotions, win boosts and reloads

Cons: Need to sort out site design and device compatibility. £30 min deposit before cashout.
