My main gripe with Secret Slots is the design of the site. On the surface it looks slick and professional and well laid out. Unfortunately, on my laptop, the fixed widescreen games didn't adapt to my browser which meant that I had to scroll to see my balance when playing, and on some games I couldn't see the top reel. The site promises the ability to play on tablet and mobile – it didn't work on my Kindle Fire which usually cope with most instant play casinos fine and on my mobile the design of the site meant I couldn't even log in as it wouldn't allow me to scroll down to enter the password. The designers certainly need to get to grips with these issues as these are the fundamental things which will annoy players.

This could be a great casino if some of the irritating little niggles could be sorted out. Number one problem is design and device compatibility, and the server drops are annoying. Having said that the games are fun, the management is solid and they have a decent fair gaming policy and terms and conditions. The £30 cumulative deposits before cash out needs to go too, if a player has made a deposit he or she should be able to cash out – simple as. There are some nice ideas implemented – the win boost is nice and weekend reloads are also generous. Overall I'm scoring it a 3 out of 5 – but these guys have the potential to score much higher.
