Therefore we have to report that our reaction to Bell Fruit Casino as being that of utter disappointment. We are not sure what market they are aiming at – as a mobile casino it is barely adequate although it is possible to play on a laptop or tablet too. With such a proud heritage of over 50 years in gaming, Bell Fruit could have done so much better.
Probably the best thing about the casino is the generous sign up bonus of a 100% match to £500. However read the small print which applies to the bonus and you may not be so impressed. In order for the bonus cash to become withdrawable you need to reach at least 1000 x the total of the bonus is comp points. However we scanned the FAQ’s and the terms and conditions quite diligently but could find no answer to our question of exactly how many points were credited per wager. Therefore we have no idea exactly how hard or easy those comp points would be to acquire. What we did find however was a clause that “sure bets” defined as bets with a 70% or higher chance of winning were prohibited and indulging in this sort of betting could lead an account block and forfeit of winnings. Now “sure bets” are prohibited at most casinos – the most common example of this is betting on red and black simultaneously in order to use up bonus money. The casino does not clarify what bets this actually applies to in this case, although we suspect that as the casino only has one table game – Royal Crown European Roulette, that this is what this clause refers to.

Next, the games – or lack of them. As we already stated this “casino” only has one table game – and no blackjack, video poker or any other of the games traditionally found in an online casino. They have a smattering of slots – 17 to be exact but to give credit where its due, those that they do have are quite entertaining. Names you may recognise include Cops and Robbers, Reel King, Book of Ra, Rainbow Riches and Rainbow King. For fruit machine fans the biggest draw may be the Happy Fruits slot which is a 5 reel version of the Crazy Fruits fruit machine (sort of) although if you do hanker after a proper online version of Crazy Fruits – Dr Vegas have a much more authentic version – complete with unlock the reels feature.

This casino could be so so much better than it is with a little thought and consideration to what players actually want. The FAQ’s are barely adequate and trying to find specific information on certain topics is fruitless. The huge list of terms and conditions and potential pitfalls for players makes the whole casino seem unfriendly and unwelcoming, and just trading on a name doesn’t cut it when there are so many better casinos around. Our impression was the whole thing was slapped together quickly in order to get an in on the online casino market and is not particularly player friendly. So very disappointing.
